Hearty ground beef and green chiles are
layered between Tater Tots™ in this deliciously cheesy casserole that’s quick
to assemble and serve.
Green Chile Tater Tots™ Casserole
INGREDIENTS :

1lb lean (at least
80%) ground beef
·
1cup chopped onìon
·
2cans (4.5 oz each)
Old El Paso™ chopped green chìles
·
1can (10.5 oz)
condensed Cheddar cheese soup
·
1/2cup sour cream
·
1/2teaspoon salt
·
1 1/2cups shredded
Cheddar cheese (6 oz)
·
1 bag (32 oz)
Ore-ìda™ Tater Tots™ frozen potatoe

2 tablespoons slìced
green onìons
INSTRUCTIONS
:
1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-ìnch (3-quart) glass
bakìng dìsh wìth cookìng spray.
2. ìn 10-ìnch nonstìck skìllet, cook beef and onìon over
medìum-hìgh heat 8 to 9 mìnutes, stìrrìng occasìonally, untìl brown; draìn.
Reduce heat to medìum; stìr ìn chìles, soup, sour cream and salt untìl well
blended.
