OLIVE TAPENADE
Olive Tapenade made with

Olive Tapenade
Ingredients
- 1 1/3 c. black
olives
- 2/3 c. pimiento-stuffed
green olives
- 1/3 c. olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 Tbsp. capers
- 2 tsp. stone
ground mustard
- 1/2 tsp. dried
thyme
- 1/2 tsp. dried
basil
Instructions
- Combine black and green olives in a food processor and process until coarsely chopped. Remove to a bowl.
- Combine olive oil, garlic cloves, capers, mustard, and seasonings in a food processor and process until garlic and capers are minced.
- Pour olive oil mixture over olives and stir until combined.
