Mushroom Goat Cheese Flatbread
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 Naan whole
- 8-ounces cremini mushrooms, sliced thinly
- 1 large shallot, chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves, chopped
- Kosher salt
- Fresh cracked black pepper
- 4-ounces goat cheese crumbles
- Balsamic glaze
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a large skillet, add butter over medium heat. Add mushrooms and shallots and saute over medium/high heat, stirring occasionally - about 3 minutes. Add the thyme, salt, and pepper, and saute for a few more minutes or until shallots are translucent and mushrooms are very soft. Turn off heat and set aside.
